What is Exercise?
Exercise is a way to keep your body fit and healthy.
If you do proper exercise you can get stronger and have more energy.
- Playing a sport like football or tennis.
- Going cycling, running or for a walk.
- Going to the gym or an exercise class.
- Swimming or rowing.
There are people who can help you exercise
Exercise makes your body work harder.
If you are not careful you can injure yourself doing exercise.
You should check with your doctor or nurse before you try new types of exercise. If you have never exercised before you should ask an expert to help you start.
Exercise can be done by yourself or in a group.
There are places where experts can help you to do exercise properly.
