Housing Benefit Forms

Eve is having trouble filling in some housing benefit forms.
The forms are important because they help pay her rent.
She doesn't understand them and is tearing her hair out.

Eve looks in the phone book for the phone number of the Council.
She makes an appointment with someone who can help her.

The person at the Council explains the forms and helps Eve fill them out.
Eve is relieved and now she has time to meet her friend James for a pint!
