Going to the Bank

Heather goes to the bank to withdraw some money.
Heather finds writing difficult.
A supporter helps fill in the bank slip
After the slip is filled in Heather writes her signature.

The bank teller says that the signature doesn't match her card.
Heather cannot take out any money.
She complains and asks to see the Manager.

Heather tells the Manager that it is hard to do the same signature twice.
She hasn't got a passport or driving licence for identification.
It is difficult for people to withdraw money if their signature changes.

The Manager asks her to sign the slip again.
Her signature has changed.
The manager asks Heather some questions about her account.
He can check her birth date and other details in the files.

Heathers answers are the same as on the file.
The Manager agrees she can have the money.
Heather is pleased about getting the money.
It was very difficult for her to withdraw the money.
